To understand the flow of the questionnaire and related questions you should review the original questionnaires as found in the final report at dhsprogram.com or via the link to the questionnaires from the database. Currently we have included most of the survey questionnaires from the beginning of the DHS Program. We are still in the process of adding questionnaires from newer surveys and those will be added in the next several months. Question text and response options are searchable in multiple languages. Translations are provided to facilitate your search. The text and translations shown for surveys where the base language is not English may not be exactly what was used in the survey. Please consult the final report for the exact wording used.
